Facility Support Escort and supervise suppliers while working on-site. Assist with furniture delivery, disposal and maintain organized storage spaces Assist with set-up and break-down of corporate events Assist with onboarding/off boarding (Site tour, desk set-up, desk clean) Perform daily facilities walk-through of facility Time Spent on Task 40% - 60%
Other Assist with catering ordering and setup Postage/Meter outgoing mail Assist with conference room booking All other duties as directed by facility manager and site leadership. Time Spent on Task Less than 20%
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
MINIMUM REQUIRED
Education/training MINIMUM REQUIRED High School Graduate PREFERRED Associate's degree or combination of education and experience
Years of relevant experience MINIMUM REQUIRED Minimum of 1 year industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant PREFERRED 2+ years of industry experience either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant Skills and knowledge Strong ability to listen and communicate effectively (verbal and written) Outstanding organizational and time management skills Proficient using common business applications (Microsoft/Google G-Suite, Corrigo CMMS) Outstanding Internal and External customer service skills
