LMI seeks a Management Analyst to support a federal directorate onsite in the National Capital Region. Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities may include:

    Tracking all EODs (entry on duty), departures, promotions, transfers, and details.
  • Working with supervisors to create bios/welcome emails for new EODs, promotions, and detailees.
  • Maintaining email distribution lists and Teams channel member lists.
  • Assisting with processing of mid-and end-of-year awards.
  • Updating Visio org charts.
  • Assisting with presentations to include compiling hails/farewells and employee questions.
  • Submitting employee vetting requests.
  • Coordinating monthly new employee meet & greet meetings with the Executive Leadership.
  • Assisting with processing of selection packages.

Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Maintaining the directorate SharePoint site and assisting with the maintenance of division sites.
  • Tracking/monitoring the group mailbox.
  • Serving as inventory taker for annual, semi-annual, and critical personal property asset inventories.
  • Coordinating responses to USBP conference data calls.
Qualifications
  • 0 to 3 years of experience.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, management, engineering, finance, or information management preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and advanced knowledge of Visio and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • A true team player who maintains a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.

Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a comprehensive government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to sensitive information. The background investigation includes financial, criminal, residential, educational, foreign affiliation, and employment verifications. US citizenship is required.

Highly Preferred: Active/Full U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) BI.

This position is contingent upon completion of a CBP BI.
