Description

Your Role: As a member of the Information Technology team, the Associate IT Escalations & Solutions Analyst works with the IT Helpdesk as well as all sub departments within IT. You will work with escalated incidents and critical issues to ensure that services are restored as quickly as possible and minimize adverse impact on the business.

  • Lead all communication activity regarding critical issues, including managing the technical bridge and keeping the business leaders updated on resolution efforts and timeline
  • Manage ticket escalations to reduce workload on IT teams
  • Cross train with sub departments in IT to gain programming and/or infrastructure knowledge
  • Provide support to IT Helpdesk on advanced technical issues
  • Perform technical administrative work supporting networks, servers, and system infrastructure
  • Apply lean tools and thinking to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position

Role Specifics:

  • Schedule - Ability to work flexible hours; may include evening and weekend hours as needed

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent Dot experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective interpersonal & collaboration skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

We'd Like You To Have:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and helpdesk software
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
