Job Description

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to Human Resources and assisting employees with various needs and requests.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with benefit and FMLA questions in absence of the Benefits Coordinator or HR Manager
  • Serve as an advocate of Wellness Events & EF Link
  • Administer the internal job bid system and transfer process
  • Responsible for Site Orientation for new hires
  • Respond to employee phone calls and emails accordingly
  • Maintain accurate data through filling, scanning, etc.
  • Assist with keeping bulletin boards updated and professional
  • Process employee change forms and terminations
  • Assist with the recruiting process - E-verify occasionally
  • Responsible for I-9 updates and yearly auditing
  • Maintain arcuate work authorization records
  • Help schedule and coordinate United Way activities
  • Provide translation services for management, associates, and visitors
  • Support seasonal events (Job Fairs and Wellness Center)

Performance Expectations (if applicable):

  • Sitting is required most of the time.
  • Standing is required for varied intervals throughout the day.
  • Some reaching is required.
  • Occasional lifting of various objects weighing 20 lbs. or less.

Experience/Education Requirements:

  • Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work overtime when needed

  • Must maintain the confidentiality of employee information.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Manager.
