About the Role

As a Senior Director Global Total Rewards at Watlow Electric Manufacturing, you will oversee all aspects of the organization's compensation and benefits programs, as well as other components of total rewards, to attract, retain and motivate employees effectively. This role will lead the Global Total Rewards Team and will be a member of the Global Human Resources Leadership Team reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer. You will provide strategy and expertise in developing creative Compensation and Benefits solutions, international pay strategies, market intelligence, and analytics for informed decision making aligned with Client's growth strategy.

In this leadership role, you will oversee the following:

  • Revamp the Sales Incentive Plan globally, Asia/EMEA target implementation January 2025
  • Conduct global compensation leveling project establish new global compensation structure
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and business stakeholders to align total rewards programs with performance management processes
  • Develop a comprehensive total rewards strategy to attract and retain high-priority talent
  • Oversee payroll integration for newly acquired companies
  • Partner with Benefits Consultant to oversee the design, implementation and administration of the organization's employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and voluntary benefits

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field; Master's Degree preferred
  • 9+ years of total rewards management including compensation, benefits, executive compensation, sales compensation and recognition programs
  • 2+ years working with international total rewards programs
  • Experienced with international mergers and acquisition integrations; specifically in Europe/Asia preferred.
  • In depth knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices, trends, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audience
