Overview:

Directly supports a Director or Physician. Works independently, using own judgment and initiative to determine appropriate action in non-routine situations. Performs administrative and secretarial functions. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.


Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma

  • Experience: Two years administrative assistant or clerical experience

  • Other:

    1. Ability to work with and preserve confidential information.

    2. Computer literacy with high skills with Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

    3. Excellent interpersonal, communications and organization skills.

    4. Ability to deal effectively with diverse groups of people.

    5. Ability to work independently and in a self-directed manner.
