Cashier and Student Repay
This position is dedicated to customer service efforts, internal and external requests, and requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. This position is responsible for managing the departments ticketing system, which includes categorizing tickets as they are submitted, responding to general category tickets, and/or reclassifying tickets as needed. This position is also responsible for phone customer service, both inbound and outbound phone calls. This position will also perform various back-office processing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Monday-Friday, 8-5pm; this position is eligible for a hybrid working arrangement.
An Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Previous experience answering emails and/or tickets in a large volume department, with the ability to demonstrate effective and concise written communication skills. Previous experience working in a high-volume call center. Two years of experience in a position with comparable knowledge and skills; preferably working in a student accounts receivable office or another student services office within higher education. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for two years of work experience.
Salary Range: $18.60-$19.60 per hour
