The Operations Technician in Item Processing will manage various depositing channels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing transactions.

This person will be:

  • Managing remote deposit capture processes, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Overseeing virtual vault operations for large cash transactions, maintaining secure storage.
  • Handling lock box processing for vendor payments.
  • Processing ATM transactions, including file reconciliation and timely processing.
  • Conducting transaction verification, utilizing data verification tools and resolving duplicates.
  • Generating adjustment tickets for accurate transaction balancing before core system entry.
  • Reviewing incoming work, resolving complex issues, and coordinating with relevant resources.
  • Performing data entry, verifying accuracy, and balancing general ledger accounts.
  • Providing fast, effective, and courteous service to customers and banks.
  • Preparing, editing, and distributing specialized documents related to deposit processing.

Education

  • High School or equivalent combination of education and experience. Required.

Experience

  • 2-4 years Office experience. Required.
  • 3+ years Office/Operations experience. Preferred.
