Minimum starting pay $21 / hour

Key Responsibilities:

    Provide outstanding customer service both in-person and over the phone, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status and other relevant issues.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right merchandise, offering expert advice and recommendations.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and stock management tasks.
  • Conduct disassembly and assembly of hydraulic hoses as required.
  • Load orders into vehicles by hand and using forklifts and hand trucks.
  • To deliver excellent customer service, this role may require occasional weekend and after-hours work.
  • Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Parts knowledge and computer proficiency are essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with automotive and/or equipment parts cataloging and sales is a plus.
