St Louis area candidates: Hybrid work schedule with 3 days working in the office.

This position is an expert in Engagement Solutions products. This role acts as a coach and a mentor to the Technical Success Specialists and will work with team members to help resolve escalated platform operational issues. This role will also work with large amounts of data, ensuring data integrity and creating meaningful data visualizations. This role is people, data, and product-oriented and owns the responsibility of delivering/maintaining high quality solutions.

40%Implement program solutions using Maritz Motivation Software Solutions; create Jira tickets for implementation, configure platforms sites, setup of data imports and works with developers on integrations and complex configurations. Conduct quality reviews for implementation deliverables including full program acceptance testing. Share best practices and recommendations for ongoing enhancements to client's program. Demonstrate leadership and a collaborative approach across internal account teams. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of clients' needs and show ability to manage projects from launch to program operations. Maintain/update project documentation for transition to RTE support staff.

40%Troubleshoot and resolve technical/system-related during and after launch. Act as client's main point of contact & escalation point for all platform related issues. Acts as a coach to Technical Success Specialist. Work directly with clients to identify needs & technical requirements in order to guide them in successful adoption of Maritz Motivation software solution.

20% Oversees or executes file processing and database audits according to standard process as well as the issuance process for assigned product solution with issuances exceeding $1.5 to $2 million per week. Prepares file audits according to standard process. Develops protocol for the management of data from standard process. Understands and manages the file layout process. Troubleshoots and resolves all data issues.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.

2. Minimum one to three years' relevant data management experience highly desired.

3. Solid technical skills to support quality software implementation & maintenance.

4. Working Knowledge of Elastic Search, JavaScript, HTML and Microsoft suite

5 Understanding of hosting platforms likes GitHub & Bitbucket

6 Understanding of version control.

7. Knowledge of agile development methodology experience is preferred

8. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to work under aggressive timelines.

9. Strong attention to detail.

10. SaaS experience preferred
