Shift: Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm CST)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment: Perform thorough diagnostic interviews and assessments to gather comprehensive case histories, identifying presenting issues, determining diagnoses, and establishing treatment goals.
  • Case Formulation: Devise individualized treatment plans using empirically supported theoretical orientations, techniques, and interventions tailored to each client's unique presentation, culture, and context.
  • Intervention Implementation: Apply selected therapeutic modalities systematically, adjusting strategies dynamically throughout the counseling process to accommodate evolving client needs and feedback.
  • Monitoring Progress: Regularly review treatment effectiveness, tracking changes in symptoms, functionality, and general well-being to modify intervention tactics accordingly.
  • Consultation: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, supervisors, and external agencies, exchanging knowledge and expertise to promote optimal client outcomes and continuity of care.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant documentation detailing assessment results, session notes, treatment plans, and progress updates in accordance with applicable laws, policies, and regulatory bodies.
  • Referral: Establish and sustain robust professional networks to facilitate expedient, suitable referrals whenever clients require additional specialty services outside the scope of therapeutic competencies.
  • Professional Growth: Actively pursue continuous professional development opportunities, staying abreast of novel research, technological advances, and prevailing best practices shaping the dynamic fields of mental health and psychotherapy.
  • Preventive Care: Contribute to public awareness campaigns, educational initiatives, and community engagement projects aimed at destigmatizing mental health conditions and increasing access to preventive measures, early identification, and targeted support.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage office administration tasks, including appointment scheduling, billing, insurance claims processing, and compliance reporting as required by organizational protocols and government mandates.


Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

  • Holds licensure with the applicable board of professional registration for the state that they are providing services in for licensure as a professional counselor or social worker.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Missouri
  • Applicant must be willing to become licensed in additional states, other than the state currently licensed in. Applicant must be willing and comfortable with providing telehealth services to the individuals we serve.

Required License/Certification (One of the following):

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW)
