Yellow Frog Graphics has an opening for a highly motivated and experienced Graphics Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years progressive Outside Sales experience. The Graphics Sales Manager will oversee daily operations of the Sales Department and must be able to plan, execute and oversee all sales and promotional activities effectively.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage the sales staff, providing guidance, feedback and support to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
Coordinate the hiring and training of sales staff.
Plan and coordinate sales activities and performance measurement systems.
Coordinate with design, print production and install.
Prepare sales budgets, projections and other forecasting as requested.
Review pricing and inventory and make recommendations on modifications.
Effective time management, knowledge of market potential and performance standards
Understand and follow production policies, procedures, and sales systems.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
Oversee and direct the performance of the sales staff by establishing annual and monthly objectives for sales, gross profits and expenses.
Define and execute territory sales plans.
Give constant and timely feedback to management.
Address customer complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Overnight travel up to 50% of the time
Other duties assigned by the manager.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
Ability to communicate by providing verbal feedback in a professional manner.
Bachelor's degree in sales and marketing or business management preferred
Valid driver's license with good standing MVR
5+ years sales and/or marketing experience
Direct knowledge or experience in outside sign and graphics sales is a plus.
Ability to guide and mentor sales team
Successful track record of developing relationships and closing sales.
Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
