Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

* Performs project management and lead applications of development functions in the

implementation of any new or existing modules to meet documentation needs of the agency.

* Assists THERAP users in troubleshooting and resolving problems encountered with

applications, fulfills and is knowledgeable in all aspects of THERAP implementation including Provider Administrator and User capabilities.

* Ensures confidentiality is strictly maintained.

* Initial Associate training including but not limited to Direct Support Staff, Primary Support Staff, Program Coordinator, and Registered RN based on needs of region.

* Coordination of ongoing training as identified and as needed.

* Develop process for maintaining Therap and ensure requirements are being met.

* Run daily reports to ensure documentation is being completed in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

* Provide identified trends to Program Coordinators or assist in developing plan of actions or disciplinary actions for Direct Support Staff or Primary Support Staff if documentation consistently does not meet requirements.

* Provide identified trends to Assistant Regional Directors or Regional Directors or assist in developing plan of actions or disciplinary actions for Program Coordinators if documentation consistently does not meet requirements

* Provide reports to Program Coordinators, Assistant Regional Directors, and Director as needed.

* Annually, complete the CS Fiscal Review Tool for all clients in the assigned region.

* Notify Regional Director of Performance Improvement if guidelines are not being met.

* Work with Regional Director/Assistant Regional Director on Performance Improvement to develop a training plan as needed.

* Assists regional leadership by participating in on-site visits to ensure Certification and contractual guidelines are being followed.

* Provide direct support in preparing for audits, site reviews and certification.

* Assist with strategic growth for Therap Services.

* Assist the Director/Assistant Director in meeting Therap Implementation goals as they are released.

* Update and enter in new authorizations for clients annually and as needed while working with the Director of Billing to ensure proper Sandata reporting. (Check CIMOR for proper authorization dates, rates and budgets, gather FCSR Registrant ID numbers to use for EVV ID and Sandata collection)

* Ensure correct QA policies and procedures are current with each client in Therap.

* Provide support to Program Coordinators with implementation of Therap Scheduling

Services to be used for data collection and compliance policies for documentation submissions, staff scheduling for support with On Call and integrating hours needed for the interview and new hire process as needed per region.

* Audit Sites, Programs and all ISP Program Templates to ensure continuity of services and correct application.

* Work with Program Coordinators and Behavior Analysts with the implementation of Time Track Modules for client related data collection.

* Assist the Training Coordinator with instructing new staff and staff that need trained/

retrained in the EVV collection for PA services and others to be added. (Ensure the clients are added to EVV Scheduler, staff are updated with the correct EVV Authorizations and proper documentation of EVV services for Sandata Audit purposes.

* Assist Program Coordinators with running daily reports during periods of time off requests and unforeseeable absences.

* Provide support to all staff with Therap concerns and troubleshooting issues such as locked login, password reset, caseload allocation, documentation retrieval, EVV check in/ out etc)

* Provide adequate opportunities to train and increase skill level of individuals on a PEP for Therap related performance concerns.

* Gather and relay concerns or suggestions to appropriate management for all Thera related modules and implementation goals.

* Additional job duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets

  • Must possess good time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Ability to deal with a variety of personalities

  • Ability to work with information in a confidential manner

  • The ability to clearly and effectively verbally communicate as necessary or directed.

  • Must be comfortable with computer applications/programs.

  • Must have knowledge of the Missouri Department of Mental Health

  • Ability to utilize remote technology (such as Google Meets)

  • Knowledge of Therap

Experience and Education Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a Human Services field or equivalent experience.

* At least 3 years of job related experience, specifically working with people with

developmental disabilities and preferably with quality assurance.

* Experience with quality assurance processes, trend reporting, and Therap preferred.

Employment Requirements:

* Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record and abuse/neglect.

* Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment.

* All training requirements including Relias Learning at the beginning of employment and annually thereafter.

* Must have appropriate, reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license.

* Must be willing to travel within your assigned region.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee at times will be required to stoop,

bend, use fine motor skills in extremities. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
