Overview

Responsible for supervising the scanning and imaging solutions for our clients. Works closely with customer to meet requirements of imaging projects. Customer focused with excellent relationship and team building skills and demonstrated success in utilizing scanning and imaging software and hardware options. Instills trust and a positive team attitude through strong core values and work ethic.

Responsibilities
    Supervise and train staff in all areas of operation on proper technical and procedural processes
  • Work with direct reports (Doc Prep, Scanning and Indexing clerks) to mentor, monitor and ensure that each area is meeting their benchmarked output, and provide direction when output is not met
  • Provide daily and weekly reports on volumes for each area of operation as well as report level of achievement of benchmarked goals.
  • Act as an interface between client and CBPS
  • Ensure that team members meet their production quotas.
  • Using excel, track production results against targets and create management reports.
Qualifications
  • Associates degree in a technology related field, or technical school education in information technology. A combination of education and experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
  • Must have excellent follow through skills
  • Must be customer service focused
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with clients
  • Ability to work well in stressful situations and be deadline sensitive
  • Availability to work overtime/varied hours when required
  • Clear status on criminal and drug test

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching and prolonged periods of sitting or standing May occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Mental qualifications include ability to perform all responsibilities efficiently and effectively
  • Good organizational skills
