Job Overview:

Join our team at Burrell's Youth Community Services in Columbia, Missouri, as the Director of Youth Community Services, where you will serve as a liaison for the Youth CPRC program to area providers and other outside referral services. This exciting opportunity will include spearheading new program development and growth throughout the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Youth CPRC (Community Psychosocial Rehab) services
  • Hire staff for the department
  • Develop and provide new employee trainings
  • Participate in the quality assurance process by preparing and presenting cases and chart reviews

Education and Experience:

  • Master's Degree or licensed professional (LMSW, PLPC, LCSW, LPC, PLP) with experience in mental health
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Extensive knowledge of treatment planning and crisis intervention
