We have a job opening and exciting opportunity for a full-time Director- Sales Technology Solutions in any Concordance Healthcare location. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SaaS Sales Director with expertise in healthcare supply chain solutions to lead our sales efforts in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales in the Software as a Service (SaaS) space, particularly in the healthcare supply chain. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.

Essential Functions:

Sales and Business Development

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for healthcare supply chain SaaS solutions.
  • Execute sales objectives in alignment with overall business goals.
  • Analyze new market trends, competitor SaaS technologies and customer needs to present new development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the development team to assist in prioritizing new applications in alignment to client needs within the industry.

Sales Execution

  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring the process is consistent and scalable for growth.
  • Lead demos for the SaaS technology platform and applications to clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop sales collateral, presentations and communication.
  • Utilize CRM and additional tools to communicate progress updates to track performance.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers within healthcare organizations.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams within the clients to build a foundation of success for implementation and execution.
  • Be able to understand clients' unique challenges and present solutions leveraging the SaaS technology and applications.

Team Management

  • Lead and collaborate to scale a SaaS technology sales team.
  • Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to the sales team to achieve individual and collective team goals.
  • Create a positive and collaborative team culture focused on the growing the client community in the SaaS technology.
  • Travel required 15% of time.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You will Need to be Successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • 8-10 years of Business sales experience.
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, specifically in healthcare and/or healthcare supply chain.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales goals and the ability to collaborate/build a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Willingness to attend industry events.
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check and drug screening.
