GROUP PROVIDER - REMOTE WORK OPPORTUNITY/In Person

Join our team of dedicated mental health professionals as a Clinical Group Provider at Burrell, a leading provider of behavioral health services. We're offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus and remote work opportunity for qualified candidates!

As a Clinical Provider, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of clients, providing group counseling to help people achieve their mental health goals. You'll collaborate with a team of experienced professionals, participate in staffing and case management, and engage in emergency services when needed.

Here's what you'll need to succeed in this role:
  • A master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field
  • Licensure as an LPC, LMSW, LCSW, or PsyD/PhD in the state of Missouri
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassion, empathy, and a passion for helping others

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $58,000 - $73,000 based on license and experience, plus a generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
