Campus Facilities Management

Job Description

Coordinates support functions for Campus Facilities Management's Planning, Design, & Construction (PD&C) team to ensure that goals and objectives specified for capital and non-capital projects are accomplished in accordance with established priorities, time limitations, funding limitations or other specifications.

* Performs routine tasks as assigned by Supervisor and Asst. Director of PD&C using existing procedures
* Coordinates (e.g., compiles, verifies, prepares) materials, information, events, etc. as assigned by Supervisor and Asst. Director of PD&C
* Performs standard assignments and responsibilities and makes recommendations for improvement/efficiency, resourcing, etc., as necessary
* Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems
* Assists in the development and implementation of programs/projects according to plan and/or with guidance
* Has limited impact on own work team
* Works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet established deadlines
* Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions, and checks for understanding
* Develops working relationships with program/project teams.
* Operates within various software applications e-Builder, PeopleSoft, Microsoft, etc.

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

* Accounts Payable experience
* Experience with the project management software e-Builder
* Experience providing administrative support on construction projects

Anticipated Hiring Range

Pay commensurate with education and experience.
Hiring Range: $17.96 - $20.24 Hourly
