Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Life-Changing Mental Health Services: Provide top-notch care to clients out in the community.
- Empower Clients through Behavioral Interventions: Utilize effective techniques to help clients achieve treatment goals and improve well-being.
- Foster Recovery and Resilience: Take a supportive educational approach to promote improved functioning and meet unique client needs.
- Manage a Rewarding Caseload: Establish and maintain a manageable caseload in collaboration with supervisory staff.
- Collaborate in Client Care: Participate in staffing sessions, identify needs, set goals, and develop individualized plans.
- Respond to Emergencies with Confidence: Use sound judgment to provide timely assistance during mental health crises.
- Ensure Continuity of Care: Provide comprehensive follow-up services and meticulously document all interactions.
- Grow and Learn with Burrell: Actively participate in staff development activities to enhance skillset and industry knowledge.

Education or Experience:
- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others

Qualify through one of the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Education, Criminal Justice, Family Studies, Counseling, Recreational Therapy, Human Services, Human Development, Child Development, Gerontology, Behavioral Science, or Rehabilitation Counseling.
- Associate of Applied Science in Behavioral Health Support degree from an approved institution
- Work experience in a related human services field may substitute for educational requirements (4 years min. or combination of education/experience equaling 4 years)
- Qualified Addictions Professional (QAP), CADC, CRADC, CRAADC, CCJP, RADC-P, RADC, CCDP, or CCDP-D
