Evoke is seeking a Program Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the strategic alignment of portfolio, program, and project management to drive value across the organization.
  • Support the customer in planning and implementing actions by an integrated project team to define baseline project scope and quality requirements for project products and services.
  • Support the government in managing project cost, scope, and schedule and serves as a project interface between the client and its customer(s).
  • Support planning, organizing, directing, executing, monitoring, and controlling all aspects of the project, including technology, scope, schedule, cost, communications, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strategize with the customer to plan, develop and implement stakeholder engagement for improved customer experience.
  • Oversee the goals of the program including coordination of activities between multiple stakeholders and individual project teams, giving detailed attention to the program strategy, outcomes, and goals, and ensures successful program implementation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify goals, develop best practices for data collection, and analyze current processes.
  • Track project status, scope, risks, issues, and action items
  • Responsible for on-time delivery and quality assurance on all final products and deliverables
  • Contribute to recurring management reports to ensure that management is equipped with the information needed to make informed project management decisions
  • Build and foster a strong culture in support of Evoke's core values
  • Contribute to the development and management of recompetes
  • Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects, coordinating cross-project activities
  • Manage and lead direct project personnel to ensure contract objectives and performance standards are met
  • Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities
  • Apply change, risk, and resource management

Professional Experience and Skills

  • Experience working in an agile environment with a strong understanding of agile practices
  • Experience with human-centered design thinking and implementation
  • Experience in change management
  • Experience with data gathering and modeling
  • Proven experience in managing scope, schedule, risks, budgets

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience or equivalent education and experience leading or supporting complex, large-scale projects, including those with financial investments greater than $100M (required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project (required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project Online (preferred)
  • USDA experience (preferred)

Required Education

  • Active PMP certification
  • Bachelor's Degree (minimum)

Security Clearance

  • Basic federal background investigation

Work Location

  • Hybrid - Remote and periodic onsite (Washington, DC)
