ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, BEHAVIORAL CRISIS CENTERSpringfield, Missouri$5,000 Sign on bonusEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
Function as the overall manager of program lines at the Behavioral Crisis Center, including a Rapid Access Unit, Acute Crisis Stabilization Unit, Social Detox Unit, and Recovery Residential Program.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or other related Human Service field;
Professional license (or license eligibility with relevant experience)
Management, supervisory and clinical skills, especially as demonstrated by previous experience and a working knowledge of community-based services to adults with serious and persistent mental illnesses.
