When arriving to SSM Rehabilitation Hospital - Richmond Heights the easiest place to park is in the West Parking Garage. Located on Oakland Ave. behind Busey Bank and Metro Imaging
When exiting Look for the Red signs that point you to the 1027 Elevator.
You should walk through a glass door from the garage and walk straight into an elevator. From the GI Strawberry Floor - take the elevator up to L for lobby.
Get off the elevator and go left and walk down a ramp with windows on your right, and go left at the end of the ramp to the main elevators.
Take the elevator up to the 3rd Floor.
Exit elevator and walk up to glass window and stop at the unit secretary to sign in

Responsibilities
As an RN at one of our medical rehabilitation hospitals you will work with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians. You will work closely with other clinicians to include Therapists - Physical, Occupational and Speech Language Pathologists. On each shift you will partner with a Nursing Assistant partner and handle a manageable case load. Together we will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan.
  • Receiving admissions and/or transfers.
  • Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
  • Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC
  • Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
  • Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
  • Promoting continuous quality improvement.
  • Instructing and counseling patients/families.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse required.
  • Certified BLS required
Preferred experience
  • BSN or enrollment in BSN program preferred
  • Clinical experience preferred
