Job Description
Operation Support Representative:
* Pulls in-house requisitions to fill prepull demand.
* Puts away recapped BFG/CFE parts and material.
* Processes Delta recapped assets to staging area.
* Processes Delta assets issued to AC after departure/recap.
* Inspects off-units from production to ensure process is followed.
* Accesses incoming customer prepull.
* Attends daily operation and customer meetings to answer questions regarding material.
* Attends Pre-dock and Post-dock meetings to support operations.
* Meets with onsite customer and communicates open demand requirements.
* Works with customers on disposition of stock.
* Tracks and provides daily material status of incoming parts.
* Updates Gateway material reports.
* Researches and communicates purchasing request kickbacks with operations.
* Delivers critically hot parts from receiving to production floor.
* Collaborates with customer, internal and external partners for material support.
* Monitors email requests from customer, internal production and support departments.
* Responds to daily questions from production about parts, tooling and chemicals.
* Assists with receiving/shipping departments when needed.
* Maintains up-to-date training in Plateau platform.
* Provides guidance to staff when resolving technical and procedural issues.
* Trains, coaches, and mentors' new employees as required.
* Assists with the development and general revision of standard work documentation and processes.
* Issues/returns kits, parts and tools from counter or to production floor.
