Applicants selected for interview will be required to prepare a ten (10) minute teaching demonstration on an assigned topic.
Interviews will be conducted by a screening committee.

Minimal Qualifications: | Master’s degree in any field with at least 18 GCH in Animal Science, Plant Science, or Agribusiness emphasis degree or a qualifying field, OR A bachelor’s degree in Equestrian Studies, Landscape Design, Turf Management, or Greenhouse Management degree/certificate courses. Qualifying Fields include: Agriculture Animal Science Plant Science Agribusiness Entomology Soil Science Veterinary Medicine Equestrian Studies Landscape Design Turf Management Greenhouse Management |

Work Hours | Normally scheduled Monday through Friday; however, may be required to work other shifts to include evenings and/or weekends. Schedule subject to change based upon department needs. |

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Brief Description of Duties: | Full-time members of the faculty are professional educators who have the primary responsibility of instruction and management of assigned classes. Additional responsibilities include fulfilling the Metropolitan Community College mission, vision, values, strategic plan, Board of Trustees’ charges and educational philosophy, and primary goal of providing a quality education for all students attending the college. The full-time faculty position for the Agriculture (AGRI) program will be responsible for teaching courses in the discipline of Agriculture which includes the specific AGRI classes which count toward the degrees of Agribusiness, Animal Science and Plant Science. Specific Duties and Responsibilities include:
